Summer-Proof Makeup

Your skin looks like it’s drenched in oil, your mascara has run halfway down your way, and and you look like a sweaty, red mess. Don’t let the dreaded summer heat ruin your glow.

Here are some tips to achieve a radiant makeup look that will last combat those summer scorchers:
